Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to take, deliver and support your orders, and we handle it in line with Rwanda's Law No. 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, phone number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Delivery details: addresses and optional directions or landmarks.
• Orders and payments: what you bought and how you paid. We never see or store your mobile-money PIN — payments are handled by a licensed payment provider.
• Device information: basic technical data needed to keep the site secure.

How we use it

• To process and deliver orders and subscriptions.
• To send order updates by SMS, and marketing emails only if you subscribed.
• To prevent fraud and keep accounts secure.

Who we share it with

Only with the wholesaler fulfilling your order, the delivery agent assigned to it, and our payment providers — and only what each needs. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time from Account → Profile, or by contacting support. Unsubscribe from marketing with the link in any email.
